Bylivery is a B2B wholesale supplier of tableware, textiles, kitchen equipment and hygiene products for the hospitality and retail trade. Instead of juggling a dozen vendors, our clients source everything a venue runs on from one catalog, one account manager and one consolidated delivery.
We buy direct from vetted manufacturers across Europe and Asia, hold stock in our own 5,000 m² warehouse, and pass the margin we save straight into wholesale pricing. Every order ships with valid VAT documentation and, where eligible, intra-EU 0% VAT or export handling — so your accounting stays clean.

Wholesale terms, answered
Minimum order value is €5,000, which you can reach by mixing any categories. For first-time partners we can agree a lower threshold on a trial order. Volume pricing tiers begin at €25,000.
We quote and invoice in EUR. Prices on the site are indicative net wholesale unit prices, excluding VAT.
Yes. After approval we offer deferred payment (typically 14 or 30 days) for regular wholesale clients. Terms are agreed individually with your dedicated manager.
All orders ship with valid VAT invoices. For VAT-registered EU businesses we apply intra-EU 0% VAT (reverse charge); for orders outside the EU we handle export documentation and tax-free processing.
We provide custom branding — logo, embroidery, printed packaging — on tableware and textiles. Minimum quantities apply per item. Ask your manager for a branded quote.
In-stock SKUs typically dispatch within 48 hours from our warehouse. EU transit is usually 2–5 working days; we ship to 18 countries and arrange freight for larger orders.

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, fulfil and invoice orders, provide account support, and — with your consent — send price lists and product updates. We rely on legitimate interest and contract performance as lawful bases (GDPR Art. 6).
Sharing
We share data only with logistics, payment and IT providers acting as processors on our behalf, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Retention & your rights
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing, by emailing info@bylivery.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

These terms govern the wholesale supply of goods by Bylivery to business customers. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders & pricing
All sales are B2B and wholesale only, subject to a minimum order value of €5,000. Prices are quoted in EUR, net of VAT, and are valid for the period stated on the quote. We may adjust prices for currency or supplier changes before order confirmation.
Payment
Payment terms are as stated on the invoice. Deferred payment is available to approved accounts. Late payments may incur statutory interest.
Title & risk
Risk passes on delivery; title passes only on full payment. We reserve the right to withhold or cancel supply where an account is in arrears.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Dispatch
In-stock items typically dispatch within 48 hours of order confirmation from our warehouse. Lead times for made-to-order or branded goods are confirmed on the quote.
Transit & coverage
We deliver to 18 countries. Standard EU transit is 2–5 working days; freight and pallet delivery are arranged for larger orders. Delivery costs are shown on your quote based on volume and destination.
Receiving goods
Please inspect deliveries on arrival and note any visible damage on the carrier's documents. Report shortages or damage within 48 hours (see Returns & Refunds).
Incoterms
Unless agreed otherwise, EU deliveries are DAP and export orders are EXW/FCA. The applicable Incoterm is stated on each order confirmation.

As a B2B wholesaler, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. The following commercial policy governs returns.
Damaged or incorrect goods
Report damage, defects or picking errors within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange replacement, credit or refund at no cost to you.
Other returns
Unopened, resaleable stock items may be returned within 14 days by prior agreement; a restocking fee may apply. Branded, custom and made-to-order goods are non-returnable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as account credit within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
